Because I'm early in my client journey, I prioritize clarity and fairness for everyone involved.

Written Contract: Every project includes a clear written contract defining exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment milestones.
You Own It: You own the final website and all custom content upon full payment.
Full Admin Access: You receive complete admin access to your Porkbun site after launch — no lock-in.
Revisions: 2 full rounds included per phase. Additional changes billed at $85/hr.
What's Not Included (unless added): Advanced custom coding, ongoing content creation, full IDX/MLS integration, photography, or copywriting.
Liability: My responsibility is limited to the build and launch of the website. I am not responsible for business results, marketing outcomes, or third-party services such as IDX providers or email platforms.
I recommend reviewing the contract carefully before signing. I'm happy to explain any part of it.
